THEOLIA is an independent producer of electricity from wind energy. At the heart of a booming sector, we develop, build and operate wind farms in four main countries: France, Germany, Italy and Morocco.

Wind energy is a particularly beneficial source of renewable energy. It notably contributes to the world’s energy mix and promotes energy independence in those countries that develop it. Its advantages are countless:

• Free: wind is a free resource; as a result there is no uncontrollable price fluctuation.
• Plentiful: wind is an abundant and everlasting resource; it does not thus pose any sourcing problems.
• Seasonal: winds are more frequent in winter, exactly when electricity demand is strongest.
• Clean: electricity from wind energy is a clean energy; it does not emit greenhouse gas and does not generate waste.
• Reliable: today’s wind turbine technology is highly efficient, mature, reliable and accessible at an increasingly competitive price.
